This year Hubble will be using a web-based system for parent-teacher
conference sign-ups. Parent-teacher conferences will occur on:

Monday, November 2nd
and
Wednesday, November 4th

Conferences will occur from 3:30pm until 7:30pm on both days.
You may sign up for conferences by going to the following website:
https://hubble200.ptcwizard.com

The conference sign-up window opens Monday, October 19th at 7:00am and closes Friday, October 30th at 11:00pm.

Details:

  1. We have deleted all parent information from last year, so everyone can
    newly register this year.
  2. Most conferences will be with individual teachers for five minutes.
  3. You may use the website to sign up with multiple teachers & also for multiple
    students if you have more than one child attending Hubble.
  4. Mrs. Koelpin’s conferences are on the website but will be 10 minutes in length.
  5. If you are a 6th grade parent, please sign up to conference with your child’s
    2nd Quarter IRA teacher.
  6. The ELL team (Mrs. George, Ms. Fridley, Mrs. Redelman & Ms. Morris) will be
    calling parents to set up team conferences.
  7. Parents of students in Ms. Morez’s language arts class and Mr. Bresnahan’s classes who require a Spanish interpreter will also be contacted via phone.
  8. Several teachers may not appear on the website as they are scheduling their
    own conferences (Mrs. Bogda, Mrs. Graziano, and Mrs. Sierakowski).
